Flasks, Potions, Crystal of Insanity, Life Spirit, REQUEST

I'm requesting a plugin that will:
Allow you to select which Flask to use and auto refresh buff.
The option for Crystal of Insanity buff that will not try to refresh, spam, and pause the combat routine while on cooldown. (In the event of players death)
The option to use Healthstone at X health %.
The option to use Spirit of Life at X health %
The option to use Spirit of Water at X Mana %.
The option to use Potions.

I will pay for the plugin or donate.
