fkers, I'm free from catch ban!

both my wife's and my accounts got catch banned(can do everything including loot at the pokestop and fight at the gym) 16hours before, I tried everything on mine like regular removing soft ban at the pokestop and throwing an empty ball to a pokemon and escape for about 40 times, but nothing worked.
And then I just found that I could catch pokemons again! Unluckily, when I told my wife this, she tried to log on hers, she found she got perm banned(can not get data from server).
we did almost same botting before, and the differences between our accounts are:

1. she has about 2 million dust while I have 0.8 million cuz I used most of it.

2. she didnt log in the game on her cell phone in the past 8 hours but I logged on mine several times.

Hope this would be helpful to you guys.

So happy that I can keep my 100% IV dragonite with dragon breath and dragon claw!

she applied for another account and tried to name the new character with her previous name and it works that means her previous character doesn't exist in server anymore.
 
I got the same situation, I was having the trouble of all the pokemons fleeing but able to loot all pokestops, let it run for an hour but nothing changed. I logged it in on my phone with no problem but the issue is now different, I cant spin any pokestops and still all the pokemon I tried to catch still flee, then for some reason I was able to spin this one pokestop then a pokemon pop out near of it and I was able to catch it as well. I went back home to try it on pokefarmer and sadly it happened again, the pokemon flee but I can loot pokestops. -.- And with the new version of 101 I'm now having "Restricted game server, I'm watching this"

You must remove soft ban with your bot. Start bot> login> spin> stop bot> repeat. Restriucted game server dont show enymore.... only in last 20h i removed 20x soft bans with no problem. I bot on the same account from begining and still no perm ban... mabe problem is not bot or niantic... internet connections? LTE? idk ocb but not awlays mmust be the bot problem or niantic

Just tried it and it got worse, got inventory failed on bot and server failed on phone. My other accounts works fine.
