fix for fps lag

if you ahve a multi core cpu (4+) and having bad lag when using the bot, i have a fix. Since in d3 fps is mainly factored by your cpu, and windows 7 parks cores when they are not in "use", d3 will lag like a motherfucker haha. Coder Bag: CPU core parking manager <this program disable core parking and it will help with those lag spikes caused by d3 and the bot.

I turned off shadows completely. Turning pphysics off isn't a bad idea either. Everything to low if you're just farming non-stop. I use Windows 8.1 so I am not sure if this is effected by core parking or not, there's not much lag anyway.

you can try task manager and set diablo3.exe priority to high, that usually fix my fps drop

The high priority fix works sometimes for me if im running enyo and a cr win8.1
Im having issues now with ashran. 5fps just doing events with singular active

6Gb ram
64Bit(running wow in 32)
No av or firewall
dx9
minimal graphics
High priority
Aero theme
Runs 20ish on win 7 64bit same setup

Turn off shadows, clutter density, reflections, and check low fx. I leave terrain and physics on high with no issues and looks good.
