[FIX] Elemental Elemental Shaman Singular CC

I just simply fix Default CC for Elemental Shaman for better performance anf life uptime :), what have been added:

- Searing Totem - Spell - World of Warcraft use on CD
- Elemental Blast - Spell - World of Warcraft use at pull (if you have this talant)
- Ascendance - Spell - World of Warcraft use on CD
- Decurse with Cleanse Spirit - Spell - World of Warcraft
- Tremor Totem - Spell - World of Warcraft use on Fear
- Healing Stream Totem - Spell - World of Warcraft use on CD
- Healing Tide Totem - Spell - World of Warcraft use when health <=50
- Earth Shock - Spell - World of Warcraft use with Chain Lightning - Spell - World of Warcraft
- Wind Shear - Spell - World of Warcraft when we can

How To Use:
Put files into: HB\Routines\Singular\ClassSpecific\Shaman (replace standart)

Wich roration fixed:
- normal rotation
All other rotation are standart.

I just simply fix Default CC for Elemental Shaman, so it cast Flame Shock first in Normal Rotation instead of Lightning Bolt.
Replace file located in: HB\Routines\Singular\ClassSpecific\Shaman
alisha, The term fix isn't accurate given what was changed. The Normal rotation is used only for Questing and Grinding, and Lightning Bolt is chosen intentionally as the opener. This is because there is a delay from the time Lightning Bolt completes casting to when it hits the target and causes damage. This is because Lightning Bolt is a missile type spell which requires time after the cast for the Lightning Bolt to travel from the Shaman to the target. This is unlike Chain Lightning which has no delay between the end of the cast and the damage being inflicted. The delay after Lightning Bolt is important because depending upon the distance traveled it allows you to get the next cast started without having acquired aggro yet. That means no incoming damage, no spell pushback, higher burst, etc. It results in a slightly faster kill taking slightly less damage which means less self-healing required so less mana consumption and less downtime. The impact of this when measured for a single fight is very slight, but when multiplied by all the fights undertaken when leveling this results in a significant time savings.

Like all things however, the above is situational and only applies to when grinding in an area where you are not competing with other players for mobs. When you need to tag a mob quickly to make sure someone else doesn't, you absolutely want to open with an instant as quickly as possible. Singular Elemental Shaman did not account for this, so I have revised for the next release with the following opener priority listed in order of highest priority first:
if any players < 40 yds from the mob, or mob < 12 yds away from Shaman
(
1. Flame Shock
2. Unleashed Weapon
3. Earth Shock​
)
4. Earth Shock if have 5 stacks of Lightning Shield (Fulmination leftover from last fight)
5. Lightning Bolt if not moving or can cast while moving due to buff or glyph
6. Flame Shock
7. Unleashed Weapon

That should automatically account for best practices in the majority of cases when you want to open with Lightning Bolt and when you want to open with Flame Shock.

Probably would be better in this case to have posted in the Singular thread regarding concerns over the opener used and attach any workaround you may have there.

Works good, tested on 90 lvl shaman and mobs Mogu Spirits.

My Shaman wont heal infight... only after a fight so out of combat.. I changed the heal and so on.. but nothing happen..
 
I have this problem, too. My Ele Shaman don't heal during the fight, either after. I tried a lot of configs. Any ideas?!

Getting this same issue. Just want a healing surge when health<65% in combat. Any help is much appreciated!
 
I added healing surge use.
You can change at what procent to use it in Settings -> Healing Normal Content.

Have a problem with this CC, I'm playing two shamans and one is a bot, if I cast Flame Shock on the target the bot doesn't cast flame shock thinking that it's already applied or something how ever if I don't cast flame shock it will do so (the bot will cast it). Anyway of fixing this?

is this good for raiding? im looking for a CC i can use for raiding using raidbot/combat bot so i can control the targeting and the movement.
 
i'll add protected players list at next fix.

how do i stop it from casting hero and acendance?

i want to use this to raid dps but it cant cast acendance or hero. i want to cast it at certain times.

its now my CC error - but new HB. you should do fresh install of HB.

i am working on plugin right now, will do this after finish :)
 
For now it's only support normal rotation (For grinding \ questing purpose), maybe later i add raid rotation.
