Fist of Havens is completely broken in recent builds of Trinity

Was anyone able to fix Crusader using Fist of Havens? My still ignore the skill completely and I reported this problem weeks ago. I know most people no longer use this skill in their builds, but this is getting ridiculous. I've attached log file, ran bot for couple of minutes. Made clean installation of latest DB beta, then clean installation of EZUpdater and updated all plugins to most recent version.

Bot cast Haven's Fury and then just stands still with full Wrath bar doing nothing.
