So i've been catching crap load of fish lately, since i like to mix things up between gathering and fishing. What are you guys doing with your fish? Do you sell them straight up on AH or do you make specific foods?

Feasts, sell on AH for particulars, craft certain ditties ... depends on the server economy and what sells.
As each server is different, I'd suggest a track down to your local server listing on The Undermine Journal.
