Fishing Bot?

hey guys, I was wondering how I can use honorbuddy as a fishing bot? I want to level fishing from 1-max with the bot. Been poking around the forums but I haven't found what im looking for yet. Any help would be greatly appriciated :) thanks

Professionbuddy has a 1-525 fishing profile included that fishes from the fountain in Dalaran. I recommend updating PB from the SVN if you want to try it. Also you can use my fishing bot AutoAngler2 for straight up fishing from one spot or from pools. links in my signature.
 
Thanks, I just installed it - I tried the oggrimar profile but it didnt seem to do anything. How do I set it up to just fish from the pool im standing infront of? Thanks for the reply :)

I have been using autoangler well trying to use autoangler to just stationary fish. do i need a blank profile to do that? or is there specific profiles for different areas?
 
Im not sure, ideally i'd like to just find myself a pool, press a button and for it to fish but I can't find how to do that yet. I read that you have to have poolfishing set to true, it is. That's as far as i've got. In the tutorial in the thread it said have professions buddy PLUGIN installed - I thought it was a bot, not sure where to get the plugin from. Hopefully someone can enlighten us.
 
You have to download AutoAngler from thes board, put the files in the "Bot" Folder of Honorbuddy (NOT "plugins"). Finished.

If I understand your question correctly, you are just confusied because here are so many possibilities how you could do it ;-)

No you do not need a profile for stationary fishing, just select AutoAngler from the dropdown menu. Then, select Bot Config and a GUI will pop up. Now click on to the right of "Poolfishing" and change it to FALSE. Now start the HB near any fishable water and it will just stand there and fish.

Ah nice, me too! For some reason it keeps mounting and unmounted every now and again or between fishing casts, don't suppose anyone knows a way to stop that?
