yes just make it really small in windowed mode and put it under your movie then your good to go, you just cant minimize it

You can do anything you want, as long as it is not in real Fullscreen.

You could play wow/Watch videos in WindowedFullscreen.

(you know what i mean? The mode which is fullscreen but doesnt disable background rendering?)
