first time using having trouble loading profile

hello im trying to load a profile i downloaded and cant seem to get it to work... im a new member and have read everything i cud about this can someone help me? seemes to be standard to include what ur logs says so to avoid someone having to tell me to do that ive already done so Thanks!

Did you actually pressing the "Load" text? Took me a while to notice you need to click that, instead of the little arrow next to it
