First time cyclone build. Frequently gets stuck

Anyone have this issue? I found a few threads about it from 3 years ago but nothing recent. I'm using old routine. Any recommendations are welcome.

Says cansee:false, but the mob was indeed visible in range.

Don't use the oldroutine.

E: for Cyclone atleast.
 
There currently isnt any routines working, WiNs isnt even updated for 3.0.

Not sure what other options there are or what workarounds people are using.
 
Currently, all im doing is setting leap slam to aoe ranged and single target ranged. but its leap slamming way too much and barely even cycloning lol
 
i would suggest play Lacerate or Sunder its way easier to bot
