How low can some people be to actually scam someone just trying to make some extra lunch money... like honestly

I honestly could care less about what you guys think of me posting his/her name

P.S if anyone knows much about Paypal, how do you tell if someone sends you a gift // is there any method of payment that is irreversible, { Meaning they cannot make a withdraw or ask for money back }

Best to just post locally and trade face to face, that's what I do.

Tell them to send the money via Masspay
if they dont want to do it just fuck on them the maybe will scamm.

Sucks mate. Some time back i came across this threat.

http://www.mmowned.com/forums/world...-sell-wow-accounts-without-being-scammed.html

Its about selling accounts but the most important part for just selling gold may be these lines in the tut:
Step 4. HOW TO TRADE THE INFO FOR MONEY!
create a money request and send it to the paypal you want to receive money from (do not under any circumstances just go "kk, here is my paypal, please send me XXX" - you will get scammed for "item not received".

Now in the details of the transaction on paypal make sure to add this

"digital delivery of an intangible world of warcraft item - by accepting, buyer waives paypal buyer protection policy"

So in the off chance they try to scam you and Dispute the payment, paypal will lean in your favor, an let you keep the $$.

Read the tut. Maybe youll have better luck next time. :)

Yeah masspay seems to be a big coperate step, i think raged is a bit simplier for me.. but thanks and thank you raged

Sorry for your lose; maybe if your really pissed you could try and get him banned.

It would be a double KO and i'm not going to lose my 100 dollar account to some little fuck

Either way posting name in forums is wrong, and as far as I'm concerned you are no better then the one who scammed you. Better follow forums rules..And to throw it back in the mods face that you don't respect the rules..

Markee Dragon is gone I feel like there is no good place to sell anymore...

overnight me a certified bank check complete with tracking number! people suck some times :/

sorry for the scam, but you should probably remove his name and your server :) just to keep things private

Morga

I hate scammers. You will get good at spotting them a lot use a stupid little copy paste message in their email and it has a weird format if you see that...scammer. Easiest and quickest way is single handidly that and reading the address it was from, for example, one I got was [email protected] or something like that missed a couple letters...that is fake I mean come on or just a jumple of words and letters and stuff.

Sorry, i'll remove the name and server.

He who angers you controls you. - forgot who ...

I was going to sell my account at one time. I was planning on mailing the authenticator with a tracking number with the login information. I thought that would be a good way to go about it, and act like you are actually selling them the account information and the authenticator for XX dollars instead of selling the 'account'. Then if they try to dispute it I believe you can show paypal the tracking number.
