So first I get my life-time keys revoked. Then once deciding to finally bite the bullet and get back to it I purchase 2 new keys, and now I'm waiting days for replies. Simple replies just to let me know what's going on.
Seriously? Are you guys just trying to funnel money out of us or are you actually trying to provide a service here? I'm not usually the type to complain but this is becoming a joke. Either you support your community and give us what we pay for or you shut down and don't bother. You should list clearly that it may be upto a week wait from what I can see in most complaints to get your new key, after you've taken away the keys you sold us previously.
Really not a good look, legal stuff aside. I get why you need the money, and I'm paying it because you do a good job but customer service has never been so bad. I remember the days where you'd get a reply within the hour. Not the week...
