first lvl 70 season

So, i'm on EU realm and the first lvl 70 just poped, 2 hours after the launch of the season.
Can someone explain me this? It's insane, i'm just level 23 right now and somebody just hit 70?
By the way, his character only has about 300 dps lvl 70.
Someone know what glitch it is?

there is an bounty quest in act 2 where u can earn xp for nothing.
just do it at T6, because you only turn the quest in and get xp

name of this bounty is something with mine worker's, dunno the exact name.

FOund it, you don't have to kill any monster but there are plenty of monsers that will try to kill you though...
Hum... Took one level by doing it, doesn't seems relly fast but why not, i'm gonna try it for a couple hours

It's "A Miner's Gold"... spawns in Howling Plateau Act II

strombulo you do it on T6 ? you get many xp, im lvl 73 and get around 2 levels for completing it once

When you die doing it, you don't get the exp, so that's really hard do to

FOund the way to do it, just talk to the men, die and rez far away from the monsters, don't move, wait, done.

Blizzard have stated any of the top 100 contenders on both NA and EU will be closely monitored - any exploitation will result in your hero being removed from the season...

I don't know- perhaps that isn't exploitation in blizzards eyes or perhaps he will be removed from the season.
