you dont need taticks i also have lots of gold just farm like 12 hours aday and run 2 accounts or 3 and let them mine herb etc gold wil come via the auction house
If you want a fast track to a suspension or ban, sure do that. Look at the ban section and you'll see majority or people lose accounts to gathering for a retarded amount of time. The Consortium WoW Gold Forums Is a good site with lots of decent information for those starting out and those with lots of gold and looking to make more. I started out buying (obviously) botted ore and doing the shuffle. Problem was it took up too much time and I was only making about 30% more after I processed each cycle. So I leveled some toons to 85 and made a couple alchemists, two more jcs and a couple dual gatherers on both factions. The problem was I had too much shit to process and it took up a LOT of time. So found big bens shuffle collection combined with arelog and let it run while I was asleep or at work. Then I had the problem with undercutters. Driving prices to below cost only got rid of a few casuals, so I checked out the AH bot, edited the notepad and added some old world stuff it was missing and now I am making close to 40-60k per day just with glyphs/gems/enchanting even with cata sales slowing down. It's just hard to stockpile for mop when stuff is still selling like it is. Guess I need more bots lol

i lold abit
ive been botting for more then 12 hours a day on several accounts on same computer on same Ip for ages and sofar ive had like 1 suspension for beeing in Uldum.. Multi profile, and a logon/logof sequence saves the day alot... the time aint the fact all the time, the way you do it is... i got 3 chars on each of my accs, and they screudle between them every 3-9 hours, posting on AH by them self.maltekagen

how long did it take you?; i only have got a personal record of the 1mill gold cap in 4 months, with only jewelcrafting/engineering as professions and working the AH (non botting)

It's not even worth it at this point to sell any ore or herbs since elementium is what, roughly 18g a stack and same for whiptail. Better off farming for yourself, invest in some professions, tank a market, scare off competition, take over and make quadruple what you would selling raw mats. I have two pure farm accounts who are basically logged on 24/7, just alternating between toons, like you. I just sell a fraction of raw mats to keep liquid coming in all the time. The reason I said you would get banned, was Mario suggested to someone you just gather herbs/ore 24/7. Which is not a bright idea just incase one of your accounts get investigated, chances are it'll be closed once a gm checks you out. Diversity is the key I guess.
To be honest I have only floated around maybe 150-200k since the start of the expac. I would throw gold around, buy slaves to come raid old content, reserve all gear/mounts I wanted while I collected multiple legendarys on my mains and twinks and buying raid mounts from current content. It was only once I heard about the BMAH in mop that I decided to get serious about getting gold. I've made that million in roughly the same time as you. I play on a medium pop realm, but my main is on the low pop side of that. Reason for multiple jc and scribes was for getting the most rare/epic gem recipes first. I don't play alliance side, just have profession capped mules on there. Same with mop coming and learning the new panda glyphs, whoever gets the best ones first will make a killing. I also snatch up cheap things alliance side and flip them for much more on horde. Opposite goes for those really rare transmog greens. Pick em up cheap horde and sell for packets alliance side. I am suprised I am the only one who does this. So I basically control most of the horde auction house. Gems/enchants/glyphs/raw mats/levelling profession choke points/transmog gear/old rare recipes/pets/mounts(no tcg sadly) Best part is 95% of what I do is automated, I check the pc maybe twice a day to make sure everything is running smooth. The major patch is going to kill me, just hope the team can get HB working rather quickly come mop.

Grats, the only two mounts I would consider buying is the spectral and magic rooster. Hopefully some turn up in the BMAH, since I'd rather not spend realm money to transfer and back to pick some up.
