So this appears to be an automated Ban

what is the best way to go about getting this converted to a 72hou suspension or getting it over turned in general?

Status update - converted to 72h suspension

Basically blamed it on my son apologized and changed my password before making the ticket

I also attached a picture of my id to the ticket

Thank you for your patience as we reviewed your account again. I definitely hear that you're looking to have the account opened again, especially if your son was the one playing it for the most part. I appreciate your candor, as well as the comment about a Blizzard jail (we don't have one, by the way).

After a thorough analysis of the situation, the good news is that the closure has been changed to a 72 hour suspension, so once that expires you'll be able to log back in again and play. This suspension begins from around the time I'm writing this.

This account was initially closed after evidence was produced indicating one or more characters on the account were found to be using an unauthorized cheat program (which you know).These programs provide character benefits that are not achievable in the World of Warcraft through normal means. Such benefits include, but are not limited to, character automation (also known as "botting"), increased speed, teleportation, or running through walls/boundaries. These types of programs offer an unfair advantage over other players and supersede the intended limits of the game. Etc etc

Was really close to using that same mega profile for leveling gathering profs recently, really glad I decided against it.
