Since I'm 4 bars away from 80 on my Warlock; I figured I'd take a moment to sing Honorbuddy's praises.
Let me set this up with a little background info. I'm a veteran botter, and I've used most of the major bots in the last 3 years. Of course I started with Glider and it's been my benchmark for bots since they stopped operating.
The reason I decided to give HB a go was due to their navigation getting high praise in the community. Still I was floored when I watched the bot move from hotspot to hotspot.. and it's only got better since then.
While the bot is light on frilly options it's in return for a powerful plug-in system. I'm not a big plug-in user but there seems to be a good choice of options there. They ranged for me from topnotch to freaking horrid. But none of that should reflect on Honorbuddy but on the developers of the plug-ins. It's just nice to know the options are there.
In my limited experience with Warlock there are some really good choices for custom classes. All of which functioned very well. Ski's CC for Warlock has been my very favorite. I can't help but grin when I see that thing do a mass pull and AoE the shit out of a pack of mobs.
All this aside I think my favorite part of the bot has been it's stability. I think if I was adventurous enough I could let this thing run for a week straight without any supervision.
I'm very excited for questing support here in the future as that will be the icing on the cake. Quest leveling is faster than grinding any day of the week (nevermind that most quests involve some limited grinding).
For the price HB is a deal. No recurring monthly fee is a big plus in my book. It's clear no one is trying to get rich off this bot... and the devs have shown a huge amount of dedication and generally under promise and over deliver.
Keep up the good work and I'm 100% impressed with Honorbuddy and plan at some point trying Gatherbuddy. (hopefully before the euro gains some value against the dollar.. heh)
