lazyraider/partybot = it's quite like leveling yourself, but the bot takes care of movement of your follower, you only need to collect some quest items yourself and accept/turn in quests yourself
or
grindbot/partybot = load the same profile on each toon (if you use this, deactivate looting on your follower, else it could happen that your follower gets out of range of your leader)
or
bgbuddy/partybot = i'm not sure if every BG is re-worked, so i can't really say anything about this
or
dungeonbuddy/dungeonbuddy = works really well if the dungeons are supported.

here is a list of afkable instances from 42-80, before that i'm only sure that wailing caverns and shadowfang keep work really good. i grinded from 1-15 so i can use the dungeonfinder.
for the first three options, don't forget to turn on the leader plugin on your leader.
questing only works for your leader, however there is a multibox plugin on the plugins/leveling section, but i have not tested it yet
