The monk was the first to be leveled to 90 and was almost completely done by hand, and leveled through questing. Took just over 30 hours played after the RAF granting straight up to 81 and then spending a couple additional hours getting Engineering and Mining to 600. Mining was leveled by smelting and then mining on my way while questing.
All other characters were mostly leveled to 88 by grinding. I experimented quite a bit with Cava's 85-90 profiles, but due to bot issues more than profile issues, I simply found it faster to grind. Mostly Jade Forest grinding to 87, then Kota Peak/Howling Caverns grinding to 88. I didn't do a single dungeon on any other character besides my Monk.
Once Cava released his Townlong Steppes questing profile, I used that questing profile to level 5 of the 11 characters by questing. Dread Wastes is very difficult to quest bot for most of my classes, even with full 429 gear from the Steppes. I would usually quest bot all of 88 and the back to Kota Peak to finish to 90.
As far as classes go, I experimented with every CC from these forums. I found that Singular, or modified Singular profiles to be the best for leveling. The easiest class to bot to 90 hands down was a Blood DK. I dunno if the CC is just really good, or if a Blood DK is just OP. Either way, the DK's combination of high dps along with high avoidance made them very easy to level. The hardest was probably the warlock. There was absolutely no decent warlock profiles until Fpsware just released his profile. My lock was the lowest dps to level.
I made every single character after my monk full 415 gear that I enchanted to get the character to 88. This includes everything but cloaks and trinkets (with trinkets I would give them all a dragonling trinket at 87). Classes that I couldn't craft weapons for I would buy green weapons off the AH. Almost all characters have Alchemy and had the 450 alchemy trinket as well. I also made my Living Steel daily which brought in a good daily income on top of everything else I've been doing
All of the characters were 85 at the end of Cata, so all of them went from 85-90. Average leveling time was around 3 days played for each, some a bit faster than that, some slower.
My main account is sitting on just over 2 million gold currently and has been around that number for months now. With having every main profession maxed, I haven't found much to really spend gold on thus far. I'll Start getting rep on all the characters now and will be able to craft anything I want. With mounts account wide, that will save me a ton of gold.
I do have a pure farming account that has 2 other 90's on it. This account runs almost 24-7 herbing and mining. It has been banned several times and has been reinstated within 2-3 hours after being banned every time. Blizzard's reinstatement policies are a joke....In fact, they're so much of a joke, bans don't scare me in the least.
I almost hope I get banned on my main account and that they don't reinstate the account. Gives me the perfect excuse to finally stop botting. I woulda stopped playing years ago if it wasn't for botting.
