Ff14bot64 has stopped working

i apologize if there is a thread on here for this but i have not been able to find it, as soon as i click order bot and hit start i get the following error. "ff14bot64 has stopped working" and then i have to log out and log back in again as the bot says there are too many sessions going. i have not ever been able to get the order bot to work, i am playing a lvl 23 thaumaturge currently.

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
install https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
restart

still having issues followed the exact steps when i use https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe the second time to make sure they were installed the last one keeps saying its not installed and then re-downloads it. :/

Doubt this is an issue with vcredist if the bot login window appears.

Please post a log from the logs folder.
