ff14bot has stopped working

The beta version bot will run fine and dandy on my main (owns Heavensward), but on my smurf (does not own Heavensward), I get "ff14bot has stopped working". I've tried to redownload the game and I tried it with a version that had Heavensward installed and a version that does not have heavensward installed. It worked fine before the Heavensward expansion, but now it doesn't. It will not run on my smurf, but will on my main. This all happens after pressing Login after running the RebornBuddy.exe

EDIT: It seems like getting a clean version of RB did the trick. I don't know how or why, but it worked.
