FF14bot crashes when I hit start

As the title says, the bot crashes as soon as I hit start. I'm using the leveling profile 1-15. Any ideas? Nothing interesting in the log.

I bought the bot and haven't got to use it once.

You need to post a log file.

Have you run RB before? If not, do you have Order Bot selected in the drop down?
