Few questions and concerns, been a while

Back to the game recently, just trying to get a general consensus of the rate of bans as of late. Last year i know HB users (including myself) were getting the hammer every few months or so. Anything different now? If so, can someone kindly lead me to some useful info for those like myself that are just coming back to the game... Thank you ahead of time.
