k so i would just like to know how i can update the bot will it update on its own will have to redownload it from the site? how will i know when it updates and is
Honorbuddy 1.20 the current version?
 
I'm not sure you can, i would like to see an "auto warn" feature added that basically disables the bot until you upgrade if you are a certain amount of versions behind (1 version would be silly as it would just start nuking you), or at least an option to turn on this nag option.

Guess if there was a latest version xml/php file i could just code a plugin for it, but none around (hint hint dev's ;p)
 
You will have to check the forums under Gatherbuddy/Honorbuddy realses and just download the new version if there is one, and transfer you CC if you are using Honorbuddy over to the new download. Other than that for gatherbuddy you just download the new version and you are set to go!!
 
also im trying to load meshes but the bot keeps on doing this

how can i fix this and how do i know where to start the profile i loaded the mesh but now im lost xD sry
 
Alright well you need to get the profile and mesh downloaded, then look at the thread and it should tell you where to start it, then you load the profile, then you load the mesh, then you press the start button.
 
Btw, 1.22 is the newest version, downloadable in http://www.buddyforum.de/showthread.php?95-Honorbuddy-1-22-AoE-and-RaF-improvements-for-testing

Basically make sure you do everything in order.
1. Load profile/mesh (not sure if order matters)
2. Select the type of combat (Leveling, Av, Wsg etc.)
3. start the bot

Dont have it running while you are messing with profiles, as for knowing where to start, haven't a clue, always make my own so i typically know the path, normally to my knowledge the thread you get it from has the hotspots marked though, safest making your way to them, then startnig
 
Well you would have to go to the profile that you downloaded the 1-60 text document and look to where it says <targetminlvl> 20 </targetminlvl> or something like that and go to that place. then start the bot after you load the profile and mesh!
 
ok well i went to the lvl 1 place to try it out and i went to the camp and i still get

It should as long as you start in some part of the mesh. So if you started in the beginning of the mesh were you first spawn at level 1 it should bring you to where you need to go!

I dunno, i had troubles with this before where it had a huge mesh but still wouldn't start unless I was in the hotspot, tbh I got sick of it after a minute of wondering and made my own... never really tested to figure out why
 
yah i started lvl 1 and it started to kill lvl 1 mobs so ima just run to the right spot lol
 
Yah as a guest I think you can, I don't know to be honest haha! But anyways, it will work better if you run to the spot in the mesh!
 
yah its going now =p ty for ur help might need some extra help in the future with the plugins ill look for a guide first tho
