feral druid doesn't use shred (singular CC) & problems with autoequip

And autoequip does not work correctly. Prefers to equip head 399ilvl (http://www.wowhead.com/item=88010) instead of head 450ilvl with gems (http://www.wowhead.com/item=87452/zoms-misty-hood)
