I bought HonorBuddy like a week before the patch. However, now I can't use it at all because it's been down for over a week. There have been no posts from the creators, no announcements, no progress reports.

I thought I'd go check out GatherBuddy, and guess what? I'm not authorized to, because I'm not a paid subscriber. Even though I own 6 licenses of HonorBuddy, I get an error message 'limit exceeded' when I go to the page to download GatherBuddy. What does the error message mean? Good luck getting an answer from the creators.

I didn't realize at the time I bought it, that I could buy GatherBuddy lifetime (for less money to boot!) and use HonorBuddy for free for lifetime as well. And it comes with 3 licenses! That would have been perfect for my needs.

I'm a thoroughly disgruntled customer, and am thinking of asking for a refund through Visa - THAT might get the creators to sit up and take notice. Who knows, nothing else does.

2. Id rather they spent their time fixing the bot than updating us every 5 minutes saying "nope its still not working"

3. its ready when its ready

4. learn 2 read the posts on the guidelines,, gatherbuddy and honorbuddy are seperate.

Just send bossland a PM and he can upgrade you to lifetime. Be patient, the patch was a big change to wow.

While there havent been any official announcements, there have been some posts inside other threads saying that they are close.

Dude just message Bossland and he can sort out payment ect. As far as HB being down if you READ the forums you would know. They obviously ran into delays. Dupe/Duped to trick someone; to swindle someone. You bought a product that is undergoing maintenance. How is that duped? I think its funny that there where major issues with the game on release and people are so offended by the program that automates everything for you is a little behind.

Life time is the way to go no doubt maybe you should have done some research before jumping in and just buying 6 lic? everything kind of boils down to lack of research on your part dude. Even though you expressed being disgruntled and threatened to get a refund I am certain you will get sorted out.

2)if you bought Hb ofc you cant log on Gb(its not hard mathematics,its common sense)

3)if you didnt check the Gb lifetime product its your fault

if you buy a bot, you also buy downtime. meaning - the bot needs to be updated everytime in order for you to be safe, if they don't do this your bot will be bad and doesn't run properly you will get banned/reported/ or kill yourself because it doesn't work.
Now by buying a bot you also buy the downtime because its time they work there asses of for you, to make it better and better, heck the bot has more up then down time you've just chosen a wrong moment. but still its worth every single penny.

next time look before you buy really.

* Article where we tell that HB and GB will be down for a week
* Yesterday we did tell in that article that we think HB will be released on friday
* Forced to read Thread with the exact information as the article was

I really hope that you do ask to do a chargeback, they actually investigate it properly and then you get done for deception.

Basic law of contract allows the manufacturers reasonable time to undertake works to rectify a problem with a good or service. So all in all OP you're a cockmonger.
