When BW crashes (which it does often) I sometimes have to wait 5 minutes before I can log back in. It's maddening...

Consider timing out sessions faster or allow sessions to overlap briefly. For example, if I have a 1 session sub allow 2 sessions to be active for a small time interval then automatically close the oldest session.

Thanks

That would also be nice for when the game updates since it doesn't log you out of BW correctly when that happens.

We are supposed to be able to use the Gatherbuddy web site to manually log out our sessions, but I've never seen my sessions show up under the login I have.

you can register here Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal
using hte same emial u used in checkout page and you can kill an active session

Basically, when you exit BuddyWing, we send a message to the server saying "hey, this session just logged out", and the server will log you out instantly. However, when BuddyWing crashes, that won't happen and the server will allow a period of two minutes before it considers your session as no longer alive, and allows you to log in with that session again. We allow this period because of the fact that sometimes, there can be a network hiccup or packets not reaching the server, and it won't disconnect you instantly. The period should at no time exceed two minutes, normally.

What Tony linked is a good way to manage your sessions manually, but I figured I'd shed some light on how it works for you. :)

You should probably add this to the updater as well. As it is now, when an update is triggered, the logout information isn't sent.
