There are a few things I would love to see added to HB, or even as addons:

Start/Stop/Pause Hotkeys
Force Vendor/Mail Button (if profile supports)

I had more ideas lastnight but my mind is blank right now. Will update later.

The SMS on PM would be a classic too. But could prob be done with a plugin.
