Fatebot - Wont attack

Hi.

I'm a new user, downloaded to help with the inevitable grind with rogue/ninja.

So i downloaded the bot, got it logged in, select Fatebot from the top right dropdown. Click start and it starts moving towards the spawned fates, perfect.

However, when it arrives at the Fates it just runs backwards and forwards without attacking anything... help.

The main reason is because there isn't a CR (combat routine) for rogues/ninjas yet. Therefore the bot doesn't know what skills/spells to use etc. I'm sure it will be updated in a couple days.

As it is right now the FATE bot is missing a lot of the current FATES.. they need to be added please!!

This is not a very helpful comment. Do you have a list of FATEs the bot isn't completing? Have you made sure it's not your settings that are the problem? Do you have logs showing that the bot says there are no FATEs within operational parameters with a list of the FATEs in the zone at that time that the bot wouldn't complete?

this has nothing to do with the OP's problem..

There is no real CR for the Ninja right now... This is how it will be for until a community dev comes up with a working CR.

The kupper ninja profile is very good, sure it does lack aoe atm, but that will be added soon. It still pulls pretty decent dps as well.

The Hunted in area 153 hasn't been working for me, been scratching my head thinking about it today.
How do you get it to print the detected fates wihtout a screenshot? :S

I know that some fate types aren't supported though can't remember the types, besides those that require an npc to start and have not been started.

It was a boss fate btw.

You could check ff14bot.Managers.FateManager if you want a list. Otherwise a screenshot would work, or just take a note of what they are.

Is the engage when boss fate's life > 60 supposed to engage from 100-60 or engage at just above 60? cause it went at 62

Kupper got me to 50 in about four days running maybe 7 hours a day. I'm sure not complaining.

Supposed to engange when the boss hits 60% health, though I don't know exactly how accurate that is. I have never sat there and looked. I can say that I have mine set to engage when the boss's health is 50% and, at a glance, it seems accurate. Might it be off a percent or two? Possibly.

I just assumed it was meant to engage while higher than that, so it won't be dead before you get there XD my bad

edit: it should say when progress is at not when progress is above

That setting is boss fate progress not fate boss hp's if your talking about the setting in botbase. The "higher" the % the lower the bosses hp's.
Since fate % increases based on the hp's a boss has lost. i usually set this to around 2-5% depending on the zone that way even running u often get there when boss is at around 80% hp's still and possible to get gold rating.
