The only FATEs up during the time of your log were Boss FATEs. What is your % set at in the Botbase Settings window?

Start by removing the AtmaHunter plugin, then restart and report if the problem still occurs.

It also appears as though even when viable fates are present, you are stopping the bot a few seconds after starting it and before it has a chance to move. Wait until a viable fate is available (within your set parameters), then start the bot and wait 60 seconds to see what it does.
