Fate Bot doesnt route to fates

Hi, I just downloaded reborn buddy for the yo-kai event but when I start up the Fate Bot it just sits there and after a bit a massive wall of red text appears. I tried searching some phrases in there but i wasn't able to find a lead so im hoping someone here might take a shot at it. Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like it has having a problem connection to our navigation service. Check to see if your firewall is blocking it.
