wrong forums but, i would say either questing or doing dungeons with your RaF friend. Last time i did it, i got about a level or 2 an instance especially if i had quests in there. I would suggest doing each dungeon once if possible just for the quest and you will level fast (one of you level as tank and other as healer to make it even faster)
