Fastest Way to Level with RaF (Bot)

what is the fastest way to lvl under RaF with HB, i am currently using grinding on mian with party bot on alt

i have seen two chars from my guild leveling from 1 to ~72 in about one day. were placed in icecrown the whole time. seems to be pretty fast
