Fastest way to level up now?

followed this guide and levelled my DH to 60 in less than 24 hours.

Queen & Sarkoth Runs 1-16, 22-40, 45-60
Everything in between is usually done by hand, progressing as quickly as you can.
Act 1-4 normal takes me 1.5 hours usually. +30 mins each time for next difficulty.

Just run the Queen/Sarkoth profile until you can finish ZK on Normal, then run that all the way to 60. It took me very little time and you make decent gold doing it too from the quest turnins.
