Fastest way to level from 1 to 90?

Hello to all proud Honorbuddy users!
My question is what is the fastest way to level from 1 to 90? The 300% RaF bonus is nice but I read that it will not work in Party mode because if one of the two bots finishes a quest he will turn it in and will do other quests so the bonus will gone. Is there any possibility to do RaF in another way or is there a plugin or something similar which tells the bot who completed the same quest first to wait? If RaF is no option for a botter what are the other ways to do fast leveling? Dungeons, Battlegrounds? How long approximately will it take to do this?

The only two things I can suggest are questing and running dungeons. I haven't used any other form of leveling. I tried grinding, but it was way too slow, and painfully obvious that I was botting, so I stopped doing it.

It's questing by far and BG/archaeology for a slow but steady XP rate. A grinding profile would be another option which is in between the two in terms of xp/hour.
