fastest way 85-90?

Hello, my mage is soon 85 and I wonder which is the fastest way to level up 85-90.
Can some friend of mine boost me quickly? Or are there some nice grinding spots? Or should I just stick with kicks?

I did kicks and it gets a lot of gold doing 85-90 ;> there are however some grinding areas that are quicker afair
