I just joined a new guild after being in mine for 2 years and im needing to get my guild rep up as fast as possible. anyone know the best way/fastest way to get ur guild rep up? and if i should just stick to quests is there any zone thats better than the other?

Questing in Cata zones is pretty good rep, or speed run instances with a Guild tabard but that requires Friendly and higher to get the 50% and 100% rep tabards although they are bind on battlenet.account so they can be transferred to other characters for building rep later.
