Fastest Class To Level Up new Account?

So I have a few new accounts I need to level, if you had a brand new account, without using a power leveling service or outside help, which hero class would be the fastest to level up? I'm thinking Witch Doctor or Demon Hunter but I'd like some input.

I just want to get to level 70 and some paragon levels as quickly as possible running solo. I think I will go with WD as well, if I remember correctly, firebats could really melt some faces pretty early on.

I've afk leveled 2 seasonal toons so far using the act 4 bounties+rift profiles on Expert difficulty(on Master they were dying too much). A wizard took 15hrs and a Barbarian took 10. No paragon levels on either one since as soon as the Wiz hit 70 I started on the Barb. I'm about to start a WD and see how that goes. But he will already have 130 Paragon levels so it should be faster.

gamble shields

you probably got the pony shield befor the condemn shield

so ponies till you got condemn shield and sword

then after a while go condemn

till you reach 70 then go for the shields
