Fastest bot/profile for t13s, for bounties, for gr 60, for gr 80+?

What is the fastest build/profile for t13s? Lwiz with aether walker doesn't impress me, or maybe my build is wrong.

What about for gr 60-70? Rathmages just walks too slowly.

Invoker or LoN thorns crusader have been the fastest T13, bounty, and random farming for me.

It doesn't touch Rathmages for GR level, but it chews through farming fast.
