Faster Leveling: AV (verse) Random Dung w/ InstanceB (verse) Grinding!

[Lecture]

This has prolly been asked before, several times. I've hit the search button and really have found nothing. With Cata on the way I'm trying to hit 80 with 2 more toons using RaF. From about level 70+ what is the fastest way of leveling single motion without a combination package of two?

(I'm aware someone just posted the same question like 20 seconds before me without the poll - I was making the thread at the time /sadface)

I've had the best luck with Grindbot+Instancebuddy.

Grind+IB when you are able to watch it from time to time, since people may ask you things, IB might freak out et cetera.
Mixed (AV pref) for 100% afk.

Im healing afk (work) and I dont seem to have issues with the three dungs i selected to queue for just wanted to know if it was better then av + grinding

I'm not saying it will have issues, but it could happen and when people are asking your char a bazillion questions and you're not answering, they might get suspicious.
But yes, Grind+IB is alot faster than Mixed. I dunno if mixed is faster when it's CTA.

AFK-botting, babysitting or by hand? AB seems risky with bot :c

i afk'ed all night and like 3 levels. I'm a resto sham and i use the squire plugin to follow people around and heal. Never get reported.

Oh, I see. I'm playing hunter, and it pretty much sucks in regards of PvP Botting, haha.
