fasmdll_managed.dll error on start up

I've got "fasmdll_managed.dll" error every time I start HB. I could attach a log but it's no need in it - I just start HB and the error occures.

I tried wo reinstall NET Framework, i tried to instal file from this thread (http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorbuddy-forum/support-issues/72445-error-fasmdll_managed-dll.html) but nothing changed.

I have new HDD now, my last is broken forever. It's first time that I face this problem and I don't have any idea how to rule this situation.

I will be very thankfull for any help I could use to fix it.
