fasm_managed.dll issue

Hi guys i hope i can grab some help here, downloaded the newest gb suitable for 4.0.3, extracted all to my desktop and ran the 'bee' as admin. however i only got the smaller screen. And it writes.

Init: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Cannot start - reinstall Gatherbuddy.

I tried both normal and goldseller and did ran gb when i have a wow running.

Ran a debug log and resulted with this

Hi boss i downloaded and extracted the installer workaround and ran as admin but got the reply that

"Already installed the runtime components"

Why didnt you just posted it in the GB release topic

Wow i must be stupid dumb. i tried running gb as admin before i did the installer. And ran the installer multiple times as admin but forgot to run gb as admin after that.
