Farming Leathers in WOD

I was trying to find out how to farm leathers in WOD but when I click on the different drop down boxes I can find farming just gathering which is for mining and herring.

How can I farm leathers WOD.

You use a grind profile and turn on skinning in the general settings.

Where are the grind profiles located in honor buddy folder. Or do they need to be downloaded.
