[Farming] Hyacinth Macaw Pet [Kick]

Hey guys, while I was making profiles earlier, I re-made the hyacinth macaw profile for farming, but there are fewer bloodsail buccaneers =(. Use if you like, if I missed something please lmk.

If not, enjoy

Note: this is the west and east coast near BB. I did not map the 3 boats.
Note2: I have not tested this. I verified that it would load

Couple of questions: What is the min level for this in order to work effectively? Does anyone have results on this one? Where should I start the profile?

if you click edit, it will show minlevel. the mobs are level 31'ish... so i'd say min 30... BARE MIN 28

I believe that everything in STV has a chance to drop the parrot.

someone got it off of the monkeys in my 1-60 profile
 
3870 kills 0 deaths on my 85 mage and still no drop :) Think I'm gonna give it up :(
 
On 4 toons that I took through there only 1 dropped. Thats why the damn parrot sells for like 10k. lol
 
I suggest that you would make the path in the profile go far around the booty bay guards. I am hated by Booty Bay, and I can't use the profile since it will automatically go next to the entrance guards
 
this dude has best profiles thats why ill test it torrow because im botting right now

6000+ kills... no birdee drop... and I thought the Zangermarsh Firefly was a pain... this, in my opinion, is a waste of time. I could have had 500 - 600 Volatile Earth's at 300 - 400g per 20 stack with the same number of kills and earned twice as much. Unless you REALLY want this friggin pet for yourself, it's just not worth the effort if you're after it to sell

You win some you lose some. I was leveling my paladin in STV killed one troll (drops from them aswell now since cata patch) and it dropped. Actually seen quite a few around since cata. Don't think it's worth the time to farm anymore if you just want to sell it.
 
I think the reason we're seeing more "birdies" in the AH since Cata is less about drop rate changes and more about players rolling new toons (mostly Worgen's on my server... argh... seems like everyone's a Worgen, a Death Knight, or a Worgen Death Night :) ) anyway, then they're running those new toons through STV during their normal leveling progression. I'd bet most are from random drops during increased new toon leveling as opposed to farmers gettin' lucky. On my server the "old" zones were virtually dead, most players were 75+. Hardly any newbs running the 30 - 40 zones... so hardly any epic drops from those zones in AH.

i was farming rep for booty bay for like 2 hours by hand and this dropped and i decided to try this and just start to sell em i sound very lucky considering what yall have killed hah
