farming + honor

Hoy,
is it posible to run HB to grind on some place while in Q for a BG?
I suposed mixed AV is supposed to be used for that?
But i dont know which profile and mash to load ? Should i load the one for the area im farming mobs or the BG profile?:/

Load the leveling mesh/profile
Select Mixed-BGname

It will grind in the mesh/profile for leveling, and switch to the BG profile when it enters the BG.
