Farming Death's Breath with Sage

Hi,
i'm planning to setup a toon to let him farm Death's Breaths.

Obviously I will craft 2/3pcs of Sage

Question is:
considering all the builds actually well supported by Trinity,
which class would you pick?
Which build?

Is there a reason you need so many death's breath? I let my guy farm regular rifts for 10 hours and end up with about 900. I don't tend to go through them that fast...

When you use "Upgrade rare" to find the perfect item you need, you will need a lot of death's breath
