I currently have a character with Herbalism and Mining 1-600.
I'd like to level another character with Engineering 1-600, using my first character's mining skills.
Is there any profile that would mine what's required for it?

Both allow you to set a "Shopping list" to farm. I believe the free versions will take you up to BC mats?? if I remember correctly. He has options beyond that...but due to advertising regulations on these forums you will have to use some creative searches.
