Fails at login

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

Did all this exactly as indicated and still not working.

I fixed it. I completely uninstalled DB then downloaded the .zip and extracted all contents to a folder, created shortcut to .exe and now everything works perfectly. I guess in downloading the recommended installer (which i used first last night) files got lost or misplaced?
 
I still having the problem. I tried zip version but everything is the same.
