failing to spin pokestops

Hi, I posted my problem before and you said you'll look into it but it has been a few days and still no word. I still can't spin pokestops. My character will collect pokeballs initially and catch pokemon but when it goes to spin the pokestops again, it keeps failing. Then when I run out of pokeballs, my character just walks around doing nothing. I attached the log file and my settings. Why is this happening? Its been like this for the past week. Before that, everything was perfectly fine.
