Failing to loot Pokestops

It loots the first Pokestop fine but once it walks over to another Pokestop I just get spammed with "[22:17:37] Getting items of pokestop 8b91a2b9b9794991b3d22a6cff655f6d.16 failed. Trying again." I'm not soft banned because it catches Pokemon in the same area without a problem

Edit: it seems the bot is trying to loot the same Pokestop twice causing it to loop
