Failing to loot Pokestops

Hi, I'm having an issue where the bot will loot a Pokestop once just fine, then sit at it and attempt to loot over and over again until 5 minutes has passed. It will loot it again and repeat the process over and over.
If I disable looting Pokestops the bot runs around catching Pokemon just fine so I don't think this is a soft ban, plus it does successfully loot the stop once every 5 minutes, another reason I don't believe this to be a soft ban.

Edit: In case it is relevant I am running a fresh install of Windows 10 64 bit on VirtualBox.

Editx2: I have the bot up and running on my Windows 8.1 PC and it's working fine. Perhaps the issue is Windows 10 related.

First of all, make sure you're not soft banned. You get soft banned if you suddenly move several kilometers (jumping continents will get you banned for up to 10 hours).

Having that out of the way. There seems to be latency issues on Pokemon Go server side today. Logging in this bot doesn't show everything useful, using command based bots will show you that the game is lagging out on mostatnio of the pokemons. Basically the bot detects you're next to a Pokemon but has no way of interacting with it. It's possible that Niantic found a way to reduce bot efficiency ( some encounters still work but from what I've seen they're up to Uncommon Pokemons).

Having zero issues catching Pokemon, this is exclusively an issue with Pokestops. This occurs on multiple accounts even using the walking option to move the slowest. I also have not done any sudden jumps. One account is based in NYC near Central Park another one near the city I live in. If I disable looting Pokestops the bot will run around and catch Pokemon no problem.

I got the same issue. I thought it was softban but it is doing the same thing on a new lvl 1 account:
As you can see from the log, it loots a stop, goes to the next one, loots, then back to the first and it fails due to the time constraint on pokestops.

It isnt a soft ban, he explained that he can catch pokemon just fine.

Myself and many others are having the same problem.

It's not a soft ban, I have not dramatically changed area at all. Both of my accounts have only been used in the exact same location I started them in. I just woke up and started the bot, it had not ran for more than 2 minutes and this issue occurred with the very first Pokestop it tried to loot.
 
Same issue, bot will work if I uncheck looting pokestops. Definitely not a softban. I've tried everything I could think of to try to fix this issue from my end.

yea def not a soft ban,. logged into ensure thats nopt the case by checking poke stops.,. and theyre manually lootable
 
Yes they dont care about this bug that some of us gets. Typical =) When so few people get problems they dont fix it. Normal devs id say

Do you happen to be using Windows 10? I was having the issue on my Windows 10 VM but now I'm running it on my Windows 8.1 PC and it's working great.
